QUESTIONS REGARDING CUSTOMIZING MY POUCH
Please make sure that your photos and images are of good quality before sending them. Variations in colour may occur due to the nature and the quality of photographs supplied. Any design is an illustration only. When printing, we will position and size your image/photo and text/message for maximum effect.

What is the minimum number of labels I need to order?
There is no minimum order.

QUESTIONS REGARDING PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND PRINTING

Will the printing be in colour?
Yes, the pic will be printed in full colour. However, if you prefer otherwise (eg.black and white), of course we’ll be glad to help. Just indicate your colour preference in the order form. If not, all orders will be assumed to be preferred in full colour.

How is the quality of printing?
We use high quality laser printing, so the quality of your pouch text and graphics is assured!

What kind of materials do you print on?
The photo/image will be printed on material that feels like any ordinary A4 paper but smoother.

What are your rates?
Zipped pouch - $18
Non zipped - $15
Postage including overseas is FREE!

Payment mode
Singapore customers:
Bank Transfer to POSB Savings, Account no: 135-154-94-6
Payment has to be transferred 2 working days after receiving the confirmation email.

Overseas order: We do accept overseas orders too! Please email suessgift@hotmail.com for more payment options!

How will my pouch be delivered?
The pouch will be delivered via mail. The whole process of ordering it to getting it on hand will take about 5 to 6 days. And good news, postage will be free!
Please note that the sooner you reply to the confirmation mail, the sooner you will get your pouch! So your cooperation is kindly appreciated.
